Foraging Walk

  • Paris Station 304 West Washington Street Paris, TN, 38242 United States (map)

Join us in Paris, Tennessee for a guided seasonal foraging walk designed to help you identify and understand the medicinal plants growing right here in West Tennessee.

Each walk is built around what is actively growing during that time of year. Together, we will explore plant identification, traditional herbal uses, responsible harvesting practices, and how these plants can support the body naturally. This is hands on education in real time, not just theory.

You will receive a seasonal Field Guide brochure specific to the plants we encounter that day, along with practical notes to help you continue learning long after the walk ends.

Whether you are brand new to herbal medicine or looking to deepen your knowledge, this walk will help you build confidence and awareness in a supportive, small group setting.

What to Expect:

  • 60 to 90 minute guided walk

  • Live plant identification and teaching

  • Seasonal Field Guide

  • Q and A time

  • Practical usage insights

Please wear closed toe shoes and weather appropriate clothing, as we will be walking on natural terrain.

This event is educational in nature and not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease.
